About Client:
CellSpin is a Digital Media and Entertainment startup company. Founded in 2006, CellSpin provides a free, secure, one-click, easy-to-use graphical user interface lets users create content (video, audio, photos and text) on their mobile phone or via the CellSpin Web site, and then post it to their favorite social networks and content-sharing Web sites.
Situation:
CellSpin´s development needs called for a flash widget that could be embedded on any website. One of CellSpin´s missions is to make the Mobile 2.0 experience as simple as possible, even as the capabilities of the technology behind it become even more sophisticated and powerful. As a result, it was imperative that the flash widget be extremely small to reduce load time.
Solution:
Truelogic met CellSpin´s unique needs by developing an embedded flash application that can be embedded on any website. This flash widget would allow users to access the content posted on the CellSpin site or to the users’ community blog. In order to keep the user interface extremely user-friendly and down to one click, TrueLogic optimized the flash widget in order to minimize its size, improve the required download time and minimize bandwidth usage.
