About Client:
The Fën Group specializes in comprehensive management services and business development for upscale hotels in Argentina. Currently, The Fen Group manages 330 employees and the annual sales of 8 hotels throughout Argentina.
Situation:
In order to make the reservation process more efficient, Fen Hotel wanted to add the ability to reserve rooms online. Through a quick and simple online booking procedure guests would be able to solicit rooms and dates. Additionally, they needed an application that would allow them to show the booking tool in multiple languages.
Solution:
Truelogic created a new interactive booking application tool for Fen Hotel using Web 2.0 Technology. Along with the feature of an automatic booking intelligence, Truelogic developed the application to show content in multiple languages and color themes.
